Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups πŸ“πŸ«

A luxurious, no-bake dessert that looks fancy but is incredibly easy to make!

Ever since I gave birth to my second baby, my sugar cravings have been on another level. Tell me you had a baby girl without telling me β€” you just crave sugar all the time! I’m constantly looking for desserts that I can make quickly and enjoy right away.

Rewind back to last year when Dubai chocolates went viral and everyone was going crazy over them. I’m not a huge chocolate person β€” I like it, but not all the time. Still, I really loved the idea and concept of Dubai chocolate. The only problem? I could never have more than 2–3 bites of it on its own β€” it felt too rich for me.

One day, while trying to figure out what my sweet tooth was craving, the idea just clicked… and that’s how these Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups were born!

πŸ›’ Grocery List

I got most of my ingredients from Amazon, except for the fresh strawberries.

Kataifi

Pistachio cream

Good quality milk chocolate (European milk chocolates are the best!)

Fresh strawberries (cut)

Fresh pistachios (for garnish)

  • Method

First, cut the kataifi into small pieces and lightly fry it in butter until it turns golden and crispy. This adds the perfect crunch to your dessert.

Next, melt your milk chocolate. You can do this in two ways:

  • Microwave method: Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Double boiler method: Place the chocolate over a bowl of simmering water and stir until melted.

πŸ“ Assembling

Take a nice, fancy cup β€” presentation really matters for this dessert!

You can also decorate the inside top edges of the glass with ground pistachios for that beautiful, elegant look.

Now start layering:

  • First layer: crispy kataifi
  • Second layer: pistachio cream
  • Third layer: melted chocolate
  • Fourth layer: fresh strawberries

Repeat these layers until you reach the top.

Finish it off with a generous garnish of crushed pistachios.

✨ Final Thoughts

This dessert is the perfect balance for someone like me who doesn’t want just plain chocolate. The strawberries add freshness, the kataifi brings crunch, and the pistachio cream gives it that rich Dubai-style flavor.

It’s quick, indulgent, and honestly feels like something you’d get from a fancy dessert cafΓ© β€” but made right at home!
