Quick Chicken Chowmein Recipe

If you’re craving takeout-style noodles at home, this quick chicken chowmein is the perfect comfort meal. It’s saucy, packed with flavor, and comes together fast using simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack linguine or noodles
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook the noodles

Boil the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the chicken

Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

3. Sauté the veggies

4. Add the sauce
